Mailing Lists
A mailing list can be created in a number of ways, including by importing contacts, such as through csv or directly from your email client. The mailing lists are stored on a secure FASHIONING-CHANGE server. FASHIONING-CHANGE does not, under any circumstances, sell the mailing lists. Only authorized employees have access to view mailing lists.

Data Collected for and by the Users
FASHIONING-CHANGE has no direct relationship with the respondents or any person other than the User and for that reason, the Users are responsible for making sure they have the appropriate permission for FASHIONING-CHANGE to collect and process information about their respondents. FASHIONING-CHANGE may transfer personal information of the Users or their respondents to companies that help FASHIONING-CHANGE promote, provide, or support their services and products.

If you are a respondent and no longer want to be contacted by one of our Users, please unsubscribe directly from that User's newsletter or contact the User directly to update or delete your data.
FASHIONING-CHANGE will retain personal information they process on behalf of their Users for as long as needed to provide their services and products or to comply with their legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
Content of Email Invitations
When a User sends an email invitation, it bounces from server to server as it crosses the Internet. Along the way, server administrators can read what users send. Email was not built for confidential information. Please do not use FASHIONING-CHANGE to send confidential information.
Sometimes FASHIONING-CHANGE reviews the content of User's email invitations to make sure they comply with the Terms of Use. To improve that process, FASHIONING-CHANGE has software that helps FASHIONING-CHANGE to find email invitations that may violate the terms.
The employees or independent contractors may review those particular email invitations. This initiative benefits all Users who comply with the Terms of Use because it reduces the amount of spam being sent through the servers and helps FASHIONING-CHANGE maintain high deliverability.
How does FASHIONING-CHANGE keep my data safe?
